The implementation of OSH program to the company is notable but then since it is a food manufacturing they are strict on open wounds that is why they do have a lot of lost time, once you got a minor cut or wound the worker must leave the plant and be back when it is already healed. Also they lack on the numbers of accredited DOLE Safety Practitioners.
