Labor Management Convergence Seminar

The NCMB 2, being the lead agency for the Labor Management Cooperation in the region had organized with the God’s Will Medical Hospital a seminar for the management and its employees on the different preventive measures in ensuring healthy and safe workplace. They invited representatives from OSHC, ECC and DOLE to tackle programs, benefits and services readily available for their workers.

The seminar was held at God’s Will Hospital, Cauayan City Isabela on March 9, 2016 which was participated by the head of different division who will be cascading to its employees the topics discussed during the activity.

At the end of each discussion is an open forum to ensure knowledge and understanding of the topics. Also, the hospital was encouraged to create an OSH committee who will be in charge in safeguarding the employees so as to avoid work – connected contingencies.
