Regional Technical Assistance Team Meeting

Pursuant to DOLE AO No. 56 Series 2016, the RTAT met for the 4th session at the Coca-cola Sales Office, Peñablanca, Cagayan.

The union members/officers and the managements’ representatives are present during the meeting. The HR personnel presented the claims of six employees with concerns on the unpaid work-hours or allowances as per discussed during their internal meeting with the union. Claims that needs revalidation will be coordinated with Cokes’ central office and necessary documents will be submitted by the claimants. The payment of said claims are to be paid on 30 April 2016.

The RTAT, management and union officers/members agreed that the settlement is final. Should there have any other concerns, they will inform the RTAT, specifically the NCMB being the chair of the team.

The meeting was adjourned and no more meeting set for this purpose.
