GKK Second Screening

After the first screening, Mr. Agno prepared a shortlist of companies that are qualified for the second round or second level of validation. Listed below are the companies qualified for the second level scheduled for April 2016:

2. NYK-FIL E-Training Center

As member of the rating team, Mr. Agno was instructed by the team leader to rate the OSH Capability, Social Accountability and Corporate Social Responsibility part. Below are the list of the Regional Selection Committee and also the procedures of the second screening:

The composition of the Regional Selection Committee shall be as follows:

• OSHC Team – (SCD, ECD, HCD, TPID, REU)

• DOLE – RO, ECC

• Worker’s Representative

• Employer’s Representative

• OSHNet/OSH Organization

• SSS/GSIS Representative

Procedure

1. Opening Conference

• Introduction of OSHC and the GKK

• Briefing on the validation process

• Presentation of company OSH programs

• Open forum/ discussion with validators and concerned company personnel

1. Walkthrough of the company premises

2. Validation with the community

3. Exit Conference
