Construction Safety and Health Training (COSHEMAP Inc.) –Monitoring

In coordination with DOLE Zamboanga del Norte Field Office and COSHEMAP, Inc. Construction Safety & Health Training (COSH) wasconducted in Dipolog City, April 25-27, 2016 at Top Plaza Hotel.

One of the core programs and services of OSHC is advocacy through learning sessions and trainings as mandated to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.

Department Order No. 13 signed in 1998 mandates the OSH requirements for the Construction Industry. Site safety officers play key roles in the implementation of effective OSH programs at the work sites and they are the primary targets of this 40-hours (5 Days) training.

Ms. Espinosa, OSHC Region 9 Focal, delivered her lecture on Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health.
