LMC-LCT Strengthening Activity at PECO

Conducted a strengthening activity in partnership with the LMC convergence team to 7-attendees from the management and labor union representative of Panay Electric Company Plant, Iloilo City.

PECO already has an OSH committee yet there are still some issues and concerns with the structure, its objective, and the duties and responsibilities of each member. Thus, further discussion with the committee was recommended and agreed upon.
