TWG Meeting

The National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) represented by Atty. Marryknol Lourdes T. Arsenio called for the final meeting with the technical working group, the union and management of Coca-Cola FEMSA at the NCMB Iloilo Office, Iloilo City.

Parties agreed to discuss with the Region HR the union’s request for re-alignment of the default schedule to the actual work schedule in order to minimize payroll errors.

Since most payroll concerns have been addressed, parties agreed to conclude the DOLE-FEMSA Technical Working Group conferences. Non-payroll issues may be brought by the parties to the proper DOLE agency for appropriate action.
