Free BLS / CPR Training for Safety and Health Officers

Free BLS/CPR Training for Safety and Health Officers sponsored by COSHEMAP Inc. and PhilCOHSP in coordination with DOLE 9, DOLE ZCFO and OSHC REU 9. Around 100 Safety and Health Officers coming from different Industries (Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Academe) joined the FREE training on basic life support. This is in support of the advocacy on safety and health in the workplace through ensuring competent and trained personnel should there be any cardiac emergencies.

Concept on BLS, chain of survival, foreign body airway obstruction, risk factor of cardiovascular disease and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation are just some of the topics of the 8 hour training. Participants will undergo a written and practical exam to be be issued their certificate of proficiency and ID.
