OSH Orientation – LMC Convergence of Programs
As part of the continuous convergence of programs among DOLE attached agencies and to further enhance the relationship between employers and employees, the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board No. 2 initiates the conduct of LMC at Manango Hospital, Alicia, Isabela on July 1, 2016.
The topics discussed were the following:
Employees Compensation Program
Occupational Safety and Health Program
Family Welfare Program
Productivity Program
Grievance Machinery
Labor Management Convergence
At the end of the activity, an open forum was conducted to which questions on general labor standards and labor relations were raised.
