OSH Orientation – LMC Convergence of Programs

The St. Ferdinand College with the NCMB 2 scheduled an orientation of the different LMC programs to the management and staff of the school on June 7, 2016 at SFI Ilagan, Isabela.

The activity aims to further enhance the relationship between employers and employees and to work together to attain goals.

The topics discussed are the following: 1. Productivity Improvement Programs 2. Occupational Safety and Health Program 3. Employees Compensation Program 4. Family Welfare Program 5. Grievance Machinery 6. LMC Structure 7. Creation and Importance of Committees under the LMC
