38th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week Opening

The Commission on Human Rights Regional Office 2 opened the 38th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week on July 18, 2016 at the Peoples Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City.

The celebration was attended by the different government agencies for the services caravan and assistance to the activity. There is a blood-letting and poster-making contests simultaneous with the conduct of the program proper.

It is a whole week activity with a theme “Karapatan ng May Kapansanan Isakatuparan, Now na!”
