Inauguration of new DOLE R2 Office

The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office 2 inaugurated their new building on July 15, 2016 located at the Regional Government Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City through Atty. Sixto T. Rodriguez, Jr. – OIC Regional Director.

The activity was attended by all DOLE RO2 employees, attached agencies and heads of the different government establishments in the region including mayors, the governor of Cagayan, top officials of DOLE and Secretary Silvestre Bello III who is the guest for the inauguration.

The buiding is blessed after the celebration of a mass at 6:30am followed by the the cutting of the ribbon at 10:00am led by Secretary Bello together with Governor Manuel Mamba and Tuao Mayor Atty. Francisco Mamba Jr.. A program for the awarding of livelihood to beneficiaries of DOLE and OWWA was included before the messages from Atty. Rodriguez and the secretary.

The program is concluded by a press conference with DOLE officials.
