Contracting and Subcontracting Agreement DO 18-A IRR RTIPC Consultation

In line with President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s directive to afford full protection to contractual workers and ensure that their rights are protected and their welfare is promoted, the review of existing Implementi ng Rules and Regulations (IRR) relative to contracting/subcontracting, particularly DOLE Department Order No. 18-A, is underway. Hence, a policy review shall be undertaken by concerned stakeholders , specifically the labor and employer sectors.

Relative to this, a Contracting and Subcontracting Agreement DO 18-A IRR RTIPC Consultation is set to convene to discuss, deliberate and solicit from the regional stakeholders inputs and recommendations that should be taken into consideration in the review of the subject Department Order.
