The Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) had coordinated with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 2 and the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) to conduct a Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training to members of the Alliance of Active Agents of Change Inc., a National Government Organization on November 23 – 26, 2016 at Grand Villa Hotel, Raniag Ramon Isabela.
