Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training

In coordination with Corporate Occupational Safety, Health & Environment Association of the Philippines, Inc. (COSHEMAP, Inc.), DOLE-Accredited Safety Training Organization and DOLE Zamboanga City Field Office, BOSH Training is conducted in Zamboanga City.

One of the core programs and services of OSHC is advocacy through learning sessions and trainings as mandated to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.

Basic Occupational Safety & Health Training is required under Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. It is open to all but the priority is client is the potential safety officer. Safety officers play key roles in the implementation of effective OSH programs at the work places and they are the primary targets of this 40-hours (5 Days) training.

Ms. Espinosa assisted during the opening ceremonies and lectured the first two modules in the morning: Importance of Safety and Health and Basic Accident Causation. During the 3rd day of training, Ms. Espinosa also acted as a resource speaker for Occupational Health.
