Mr. Bulatao attended and facilitated the meeting with the officers and members of Safety Practitioners Organization-CAR (OSHNET CAR) regarding their plans and program about Safety and Health in the region for the year 2017 on January 13,2017 at DOLE CAR Conference Hall Cabinet Hill Baguio City.
