Ms. Espinosa, together with fellow Regional Extension Unit focal attended the Turn Over Ceremony and Flag Ceremony.
The Turn Over Ceremony was attended by the whole OSHC Family and witnessed the passing of the OSHC flag / banner from outgoing Executive Director Ma. Teresita S. Cucueco, MD to Newly Appointed Executive Director Noel C. Binag, CE.
The regional extension units also made their courtesy call with Executive Director Noel C. Binag, CE and had a fruitful first meeting.
