OSHC Flag Ceremony and meeting with Executive Director Noel C. Binag

All REU’s were instructed to attend OSHC flag ceremony on January 23, 2017, and also a meeting was held at the Directors Office. Discussed were the issues, problems and concerns of the personnel at the Regions.
