Bulatao served as one of the panelist during the Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner Accreditation of four(4) applicants on January 27,2017 in DOLE CAR Conference room Cabinet Hill, Baguio City pursuant to Rule 1030 of Occupational Safety and Health Standard as amended by Department Order 16 series of 2001.
