OSH Investigation at HTI

A fire incident happened at HTI located at EPZA, General Trias, Cavite on February 1, 2017 at around 6:00 PM. Engr. Agno together with DOLE 4A Regional Director Ms. Zenaida Angara Campita and BWC Director Dr. Ma. Teresita Cucueco conducted initial investigation on the incident.
