Signing of MOA – CVOSHNet

The Cagayan Valley Occupational Safety and Health Network with the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office 2 visited Engr. Noel C. Binag, Executive Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Center on February 23, 2017 at OSHC, Quezon City.

The group was headed by Mr. Elpidio B. Atal Jr., ARD – DOLE RO2. With him were Engr. Joseph Marvin Sales (CVOSHNet Adviser), Ms. Laura B. Diciano (CVOSHNet Adviser), CVOSHNet President Ms. Lilian T. Cacayurin, and Mr. Oliver Baccay (Treasurer) and Engr. Nestor T. Rivera.

The aim of the group is to discuss the renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement which was expired October of last year. Consequently, Engr. Binag signed the MOA on the same day.
