Mr. Bulatao served as one of the panelist during the Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner Accreditation of one (1) applicant on March 7, 2017 in DOLE Region Conference Room, Arnel Building, Catbangen San Fernando City, La Union pursuant to Rule 1030 of Occupational Safety and Health Standard as amended by Department Order 16 series of 2001.
