Occupational Safety and Health Investigation

DOLE LLCO Mr. Onofre James Mendoza and OSHC REU2 focal Engr. Karen B. Matusalem conducted an OSH Investigation on March 24, 2017 at Barucboc, Quezon, Isabela.

This is with regards the reported accident of RDIJ Construction at their project site “Asphalt Overlay” at Quezon, Isabela. After the investigation, Engr. Matusalem gave the workers a brief discussion on OSH.
