In coordination with DOLE Regional Office IX, the Occupational Safety and Health Center REU IX took part during the conduct of an OSH Investigation in response to a workplace accident that occurred inside Ligmarine Ice Plant, Campo Islam, Zamboanga City.
The OSHI Team was composed of DOLE LLCOs, ECC Program Focal and OSHC Focal who went to the scene to gather data to assist the company in identifying causes of the accident and prevent re-occurrence.
