NCMB Groundbreaking Ceremony and RCC meeting

The NCMB 2 having the construction of their building at the Regional Government Center, Tuguegarao City conducted a groundbreaking ceremony on March 31, 2017. It was attended by Usec Bernard Olalia, Executive Director of NCMB and other officials.

After the ceremony, an RCC luncheon meeting was held at Hotel Roma.
