Attendance to Western Mindanao Command 4th Civil Relations Group Change-in-Command Ceremony

The Occupational Safety and Health Center Regional Extension Unit 9 witnessed the Change of Command of the 4th Civil Relations Group, Armed Forces of the Philippines (CRSAFP).

The CRSAFP is the team responsible for manning the Peace 88.3 Radio station that hosts the different government agencies in the region with the desire to promote their respective programs and services.

Col. Temoteo Ferdinand Blasco PN (M) replaced outgoing commander Maj. Jerome Cabigon (Inf) PA. Immediately after the event, Ms. Ma. Joy Reneeli Espinosa formally introduced herself before the newly installed commander to briefly explain the programs and services of OSHC and to explore areas to strengthen partnership. Commander Blasco affirmed its support to OSHC’s advocacy efforts in the region specially since their scope of reach covers Zamboanga City, Basilan and Sulu.
