Accreditation of OSH Practitioner - Interview

In carrying out the policies and objectives of Department Order No. 16, s. of 2001, otherwise known as the “Training and Accreditation of Personnel on Occupational Safety and Health” the DOLE RO5 and OSHC conducted interview for the accreditation of Occupational Safety and Health Personnel.

One (1) applicant undergone face to face meeting with the evaluators. Mr. Andayog participated in the activity by validating data, information and documents submitted by the applicant. In the actual conduct of interview, applicants were assess on their field of OSH expertise and years of experience on OSH, applicants’ activities, functions related to OSH, work accident investigation as well as safety and health inspection conducted by the applicant.
