2016 Labor Day and Program Advocacy-Press Briefing for Tri-Media and Regional PIOs

OSHC joined the celebration of World Day Safety and Health At Work with the theme “Workplace Stress: a collective challenge.” During the activity, Mr. Andayog presented the trends on work-related stress, deleterious effect on families’ income and enterprises’ productivity and its collective measures to protect the health and wellbeing of workers.

The fundamental principles of occupational safety and health were also discussed to increase the awareness of participants in preventing occupational accidents and work-related diseases by improving working conditions.
