Orientation on General Labor Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)

The DOLE RO 5 Tripartite Efficiency and Integrity Board (DOLE RO 5 TEIB) in coordination with the Occupational Safety and Health Center conducted an Orientation on General Labor and Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). Mr. Andayog of OSHC REU 5 discussed the salient features of occupational safety and health standards. Mr. Andayog stressed that employee involvement, strong leadership and commitment from all levels of management are essential for the improvement of the workplace safety culture.
