Launching of the DOLE FWP and Oath-taking Ceremonies

Mr. Andayog attended the launching of DOLE FWP which is an advocacy program consisting of non-wage benefits aimed at addressing employees' needs and promoting employees' work-life balance. This program integrates all existing welfare programs for DOLE employees. OSHC and other RCC Heads took their oath before Sec. Baldoz and vowed to organize, plan and implement the DoleFWP such as employees health services, value formation and education activities, economic and livelihood opportunities; and, harmonizing work, family and social life.
