First Bicol Regional OSH Convention

The Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office 5 and Occupational Safety and Health Center in collaboration with the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine Inc. (PCOM-Southern Bicol), the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP-Bicol), and the Bicol Occupational Safety and Health Network (Bicol OSHNet) conducted the First Bicol Regional OSH Convention with the theme “ASEAN Integration on OSH Management” last February 28 to March 2, 2017 at the Concourse Convention Center, Legazpi City.

Almost 300 physicians, nurses, engineers, safety officers, dentists, contractors and individuals attended the convention which discussed issues and concerns from the health, safety and management sectors. Several speakers equipped with vast knowledge and expertise discussed varied topics on OSH Management in view of the ASEAN Integration.
